Relaxed, let it flow, check the watch but not focus, go on feel. And dig deep when you need to. Aimed for even 6.48s, went out to quick and held till 23ish then it was stick in and use the 1 minute buffer.
Stepping stone for faster running hopefully - definte given me a confidence boost, an achievement I thought was impossible.
