Wanted 8 or so, took paddleboard so Lochore again. Weather wasn't looking as good. Milder but not as bright. Decided to do clockwise round loch, up Harran Hill and then just before steps up Benarty, was following a chap, older, my age, but going better up the hills and steps that me. But I was quicker on flats and gradual inclines. When we got to the first hill, we were both having a look about and breather so I said hi. Turns out he was from Aberdeen, visiting family in Dunfermline and wasn't sure where to go. So I described my planned route and said it wouldn't add much but would save him turning round. So we chatted the rest of the route and I saw him back down and towards the car park he was at. Great to chat. Then a bit short of time for paddle board but sun was coming out, great chat with some kayakers, all the usual lovely stuff! Great morning. Nice cafe lunch with missus, then grand prix, great watch, then garden centre to get the bench mum wanted and out to mum's.
