Targeted 21:59, missed by half a minute but it’s still my 3rd best time and 3rd sub 22:30 (edit - nope, 22:31 officially)

Slow start - should have moved further up - and km 2 was still not fast enough. Km 3 was fine but not enough, and by the end of km 4 I’d have needed to run a 4 minute km to hit target- no chance of that and I had to stop for a few seconds to dry heave as it was!
