Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.
The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Split Summary
===
1) 13.18m - 1:37:39(7:25/m) 169/184bpm 1486cal
A very steady run, I wasn't sure how to pace it initially, try to do a negative split or my usual see how it goes, which normally means slowing over the second half of a race.
I started out with no intentions and see how I felt, I felt good but expected the wheels to fall off. They didn't and I felt strong to the end and I think with something left in the tank.

The pace graph looks as if you kept your pace fairly well in the 2nd half of the race.
I think that's the best pacing I've done in a race.
