Got to 15 and then the alien started to make it's presence felt - almost quit, but was walking at a decent clip - so walked it in.
Was never a PB attempt, always just a long training run so actually not too bad - Garmin thinks I paddled some of it - hence short distance.

I missed you Ros! Glad to see you finished though and not too far begind me - you really must have walked at a fair clip!
Well done on sticking it out. Great physical and mental training for what is (hopefully) still to come.
I enjoyed striding out the last two laps - foot hurt running but was fine walking .
