Hard work in the circumstances but since those circumstances included inadvisably running around after women much younger than me I most certainly only have myself to blame. Another lovely Hoohaah event. The slow bits were because of slowing to a walk while I had a drink and stopping to retrieve my shoe which came off in a boggy bit.
