Llanelli Waterside Half Marathon: change of course from previous years, this time out from Parc Y Scarlets, onto roads past Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve then onto Millenium coast path to U-turn at cone and return on same route to stadium. Very cold, overcast conditions. Great pace in first 6 miles, but tougher on return into stiff easterly breeze. Went through 8 miles in 50.40 and 10 miles in 64.04, both times better than my personal bests for those distances...doh! Tired in last 2 miles, but hung on a better than expected time and 2nd male V50.
