Thurlby 10k -really chuffed to have done this with no ill-effects to calf
.Aim was to run with Ray,Sharon and Suzy and we were aiming for about 50mins/8 min miles.Sharon and then Ray dropped back cos very hot so ran rest with Suzy.Didnt quite make the mission but never mind.Felt good and really enjoyed prob cos put no pressure on myself! Looking forward to Bushy now .(Last quarter mile looks so slow cos forgot to stop watch!) Brilliant WJ turn out today and thanks to Dinddong for support even tho not running.Congrats to Eli and Mick for winning and for the team prize and Ann and Sean for the vets prizes.Thanks to tanya,MrsC,Karen and Mr HH for excellent cakes!

Sounds like you quite enjoyed this one. Sometimes it is good to take the pressure off
good running in the heat. Just getting round felt like a battle today
