Well happy with this run. First Half Marathon and a nice training run... After 4 hours kip!
Nice injection of pace at the end there Makka.

Wheres the 8's dude? Seriously impressive jog round, getting fitter!
I had a 7:29 on mile 8 but I was busy in conversation with a chap who was annoyed with the 20 min parkrun pacer because he went too fast! He was cursing me! We were having a right laugh! Then he realised he was going too slow for his 1.35 target, I stepped it up with him.
Plus by the 9 mile I just wanted to finish and quick!
Did you need a pooh by chance?
NoI needed one after 1 mile and nearly stopped! ha
