Grangemouth 10k 2010
Finally break my stubborn 10k PB after well over a year by 5 seconds, but disappointed not to be doing sub 35 even with the head wind. You'd never guess from the splits the miles that were into the wind. Bad blisters again this time from 5 miles, not long enough to make a difference to time.
