Profile
Quit sport when I left school and took up smoking, drinking and eating junk, over the next 16 years my weight soared to over 16 stone. 2003 I tried the GI diet, cut down alcohol, quit smoking, started losing weight, took up cycling then running and got down to just over 11 stone. Joined Bellahouston Road Runners in March 2006 and my times quickly improved in a big way. 2008 and I’m down to 10 and half stone, flying and hoping for a big year.
