Great running
Thanks Mark, but it wasn’t. And probably not very wise. The pain is bad. Both ankles and the glute. Can’t really walk. I’ll be asking my sports therapist physio to advise tomorrow wrt whether an April marathon target is realistically possible, in the context of a “full recovery” vs a “just get round recovery with painkillers”. Onwards.
