Krukers Woooh!! PB by over a minute! What happened?!! A bit windy during the race, but the rain eased to a nice cooling drizzle. Set off too quick, but kept the later splits under 3.55ish. Very pleased. Spectator shouting out positions at 9k put me about 110th.

smash Not sure what to expect from this. I've done a lot of speedwork lately, so may be on for a PB, but I've a habit of making a mess of this race. *UPDATE* see, told you/ Went out too fast (15min for first 3k) and then lost it completely, struggling in in about 56mins. Really annoyed with myself. Was surprisingly warm too, even though it rained.
