Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021
Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".
Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him.
Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.
About this parkrun
Flat as a pancake, just 1metre of elevation apparently but not sure where!
From start you run along a path, loop back, run along another path, loop back and do that 3 times, bit repetative but scenery is lovely. Friendly, great facilities. Lovely.

Pancake flat tarmac course with 3 ‘laps’ that involves 6 x 180° turns, still fast though. Lovely setting & very friendly.

A flat friendly run all on tarmac baths. 10% discount off drinks at the craft centre afterwards.

Flat and tarmac.
6 switchbacks do take their toll.
Fast time very likely.
Friendly event, worth a visit.
