About this parkrun
1 small and 3 large laps on tarmac paths within a park adjacent to the town centre. A bit of an uphill drag in second third of each lap gives a fast gently downhill finishing straight. Easiest parking is Pay & Display, free parking options possible.WildeRover 29th May 2019
Starts with a small loop before 3 loops of the park. The section past the Lido is a pull but eases as you drop down the far side & it flattens out as you return to your starting point. Great atmosphere, disco shack pumping out tunes & lots of support.

3 and a small loop of the park on good paths with a little climbing. Cafe and toilets in park, great volunteers with music too. Parking just across river, pay and display but only £1.00 for 2 hours.
