- up to 4 miles = 25:46 @6:27
- 5 miles = 32:45 @ 6:59
- 6 miles = 41:05 @ 8:20 (Saltram)
- 1st half = 44:33 @ 6:48
- 8 miles = 55:46 @ 7:21
- 10 miles = 72:05 @ 8:10
- 11 miles = 80:26 @ 8:22
- 12 miles = 88:45 @ 8:19
- 2nd half = 53:06 @ 8:06
