About this parkrun

Flat 2 lapper that has multiple off road sections that require trail shoes in wet conditions. Very narrow in places

Lovely route on a sunny day after a dry patch. Mixed surface with enough variety to be interesting and scenic. Lots of support around the course.

A fairly flat 2 laps, mixed terrain - tarmac, gravel and grass. Floods in bad weather, diversions used. Single file where folk are running in both directions. Very friendly, free drinks/cake at end. No dogs or pushchairs due to course conditions.
