RunningBob Killer road race deep in Macc Forest. Flat first mile then straight up for a good long hill, undulate along the top then plunge steeply down, back along the reservoir and through Langley. Great views. Great cakes in the church hall after. What better way to spend an afternoon in November? Couldn't run in the end as Mrs Bob slapped on a TENTATIVE
