BlueWombat garmin died within 2 minutes of the start so my pacing was a bit off and I went too hard, making for a painful final 1km. But got there in the end!

CanaryYellow Flew thru the first 2 miles bang on 25 minute pace but paid for the optomistic pacing in the final mile. Gave it my all tho, 92% average heart rate.

Cats Whiskers Yuk! Might have enjoyed this if I hadn't been racing, but I was expecting a road race, not cross country! Legs were already cursing me for making them do a 5th race within a week, before they realised they'd have to negotiate mud and puddles. Not quite a PW, but not far off!

DrBob disappointing time and performance, could have caned the last half mile but contented myself with a fairly solid/steady run in and paid the price in terms of the time. Should have pushed on and tried to catch the group in front, but was too lazy.
