Paul Salmon The Runner's World community named Hogweed Hilly Half IV as the ninth best race overall in Great Britain in 2008, moving it up 22 places from number 31 in 2006. The race was awarded the Number 2 spot in the favourite half marathon category, up three places.

Mr. K. OMG - I saw lots of Hogweeds, it was a half Marathon AND BOY was it hilly (total climb 2364 ft) - Stopped once at 8.5miles & had a gel. Cracking event Cove Joggers, Windle Valley Runners 1:38:00 1:42:56 2:00:00 1:53:37 52.63
