Oscar's Everyone Day

Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".
Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him.
Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.
About this parkrun
Ever increasing circles. First lap, tarmac round the lake. Second lap lake plus extra round the ruins, with some off-road and stoney paths and undulation. Final big lap also has stiff uphill section, before dropping back to lake and ruins.

The three off road sections (two actually but you do one of them twice) are quite technical with hidden (under damp leaves when I did it) roots & stones on declines & inclines. Really friendly core team.
