tipsku Scenic run with one major hill in it. Cool and windy day, but I had enough layers. Ran the whole race depending only on the 3 water stations which - to my surprise - was sufficient. I don't think it was 522 m elevation though, as stated in the race profile but rather 522 ft = ca. 160 m. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to improve my PB by nearly 10 min.

whoknows really bad knee pain from mile 6 onwards, almost walked the rest of the course
