Last run in Germany last night, flying home tomorrow. Looking forward to my own bed.

Steve, we've lived in South Wales for just over 4 years, and as we live just 15 miles north of Swansea I've got an interest in the fortunes (or woes) of the Swans. However I was born in Reading, and I lived around there for the first 40 years of my life, and so that's where my true loyalty is. I remember a few years ago when Swansea, Cardiff and Reading were all in contention for promotion to the Premier League.

FF, I'm really sorry, for inadvertently ending the day above you on the mileage table. It was only a gentle 4-miler at a pace of 11 min/mile.

I know what you mean Mmm. I suppose I'm lucky I work evening's and get to run during the day. But still, at times, as you say, life gets in the way.

However tomorrow is another day and I have 10 miles planned, so you need to do 12 ;-)
