Weean Jun 2015 8:39am, 17 Jun 2015 531 posts	0 Weean This is a polite reminder to those gentleman staff who have aiming difficulties, please consider your colleagues and clear up after yourselves or better still, just sit down. Also, whover the gentleman is that keeps discarding tissue paper below the sinks each lunchtime, please stop. To promote and enable better hygine we will be fitting a wall mounted alcohol sanitiser dispenser outside the toilets on all floors. All staff are also reminded to please wash your hands once finished in the toilets, this may appear to be somewhat condescending but it's appearance in this article is in response to complaints from staff who witness others walking straight out of the toilets. Lastly, there continues to be regular blockages in the Xth floor ladies toilets caused by a mass of paper; whoever it is please try to use less paper, it's a waste and very costly to unblock.

Unfortunately, this will mean there will be some disruptions today to the door swipe card readers, whilst a software upgrade is downloaded, staff members ID cards will cease to activate the card readers for a short period of time during the download. Facilities will ensure the doors are unlocked so staff are able to move around the floors. Following the download, a small number of staff ID cards will stop working altogether, these cards have been identified from the doors system and will be replaced at the time of the download, a member of the xxxx team will be on hand to deliver your replacement pass if you are affected by this. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience this essential work may cause you. If you have any questions please contact the xxxx team. Regards
