Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ooh, have you got Lottie again, LD? Did your sister send her to dog boot camp in the end?

I agree, I don’t mind at all Rory being ‘told off’ if he’s being rude - he’s generally pretty good but he’s still young (and an idiot) and slightly oblivious!

Yes and yes. She went to a farm in Derbyshire for a week, came back with kennel cough despite having had the stuff up her nose (apparently it's like the human flu jab - various strains and doesn't stop them all) and somewhat better, though by no means perfect at walking on the lead.

I think she's quietening down a *little*. At least, she's been here since Friday and we haven't had a sock or shoe destroyed yet.

Ralph is not impressed with the results, but Max and Paddy did Springers proud - as always :)

Wanda will have to watch on catch up tomorrow as she has been spending the evening sulking in her bed after a trip to the vets (routine, but she doesn't care much for it all the same!)

I can’t watch TV shows with dogs in my house, unless Cleo is sent out of the room. She insists on barking nonstop at the ‘intruders’.

We were woken very early this morning by an errant burglar alarm, and afterwards OH allowed the dogs upstairs and onto our bed :-0. They settled down - eventually - but Lottie was very bothered indeed by Tweet of the Day on the radio (Australian magpie) :-)

We didn't watch 100 dogs, but apparently one of our friends was on it. He's an actor and complained that his dog gets more work than he does :-)
