Jet and littlest each want to investigate the other, and Jet thinks he's being pushed down the pecking order. (He's right) We're trying to keep separation between them to avoid pokey fingers creating a snappy dog. With total supervision it's has been fine so far. Last night I put the baby to bed and Jet than glued himself to me for the rest of the evening. Last night Mr put Jet to bed and he whimpered for ages.

He's happy for me to be between them now. We had an amusing moment when littlest'un picked up Jet's tennis ball and threw it. Jet looked at me for permission to fetch it and then brought it back to me not to the baby.

We met the most lovely dog at the beach last night. A great big gentle thing - no idea of breed. He joined in Ernie's game of fetch and even though he was faster and got to the ball first he pawed it, stood back and wait for Ernie. He then trotted back to us with Ernie and claimed a treat when E dropped the ball.
