"thrilling" drama box set series.
Killing eve being the latest dross to be plugged to death.
Repeatedly telling us that a series is available on iplayer doesn't help make it any better. There's a reason we didn't watch it first time - we didn't miss it accidentally so aren't looking to catch up.
The other one was Luther. How did that get a second episode let alone a second or third series.

I can enjoy G&S occasionally, even with JC, but I’m not a fan of him on his own.

Never watched G&S and have no desire to.
Krispy Kreme doughnuts - why do people go mad for them? They're nowhere near as good as your traditional jam doughnut, IMHO.

+1 for the doughnuts.
I don’t like cup cakes, especially with all that muck on top. Fairy cakes with a bit of icing on top is a different matter 😋

I was in the Gavin & Stacey hating club for years. I don't have any time for James Corden. I used to feel the same about Rob Brydon, but have changed my mind about him, probably due to The Trip. We decided to give Gavin & Stacey a go at the start of lockdown, as part of our "watch something new" plan.
I can be a very stubborn person, but let me tell you, I found it to be very, very good. Watched all the episodes in about a week. I'm a changed man.
