Mushroom Wellington for me - made by me on Sat and put in the freezer - with roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, sprouts and yorkshires. Followed by Christmas pudding and brandy butter. I have to do roast turkey and all the trimmings for a everyone else, unfortunately ...

Schnecke - I'm not veggie but OH is so I'm cooking anything vaguely meaty. If I left OH to do all the cooking, we'd all be getting veggie dinner. :)
