Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Brett, HH organiser, has an amazing skill for sorting decent weather for the day. I've done every one since 2005 and it's mostly been a good day for running

I've signed up for my first too - a baby ultra at 50K www.thamespathchallenge.com and not until September - but as I'm old and slow it's still a stretch target.

trouble is my wishlist of ones I'd like to have a go at afterwards keeps getting longer and more unrealistic!

Cor, suddenly there's activity here! I'm old and slow too but I just like the look of Stour Valley. Like my first mara though, I have absolutely no idea whether or not I'll want to do another once I've finished it, assuming I do!

that looks a good one Frobes - I am in the same boat, not sure if this will be my first & last Ultra so not booking any more atm - but I suspect once the pain goes away I will be looking for more :-)

Yes - I currently have a wife and 2 kids and want to keep it that way - I fear that if there's a bug to be bitten by, my marital relationship will need some careful management!

As revealed elsewhere, I have signed up for the D33 in March - deesidewayultra.webnode.com

Fortunately my partner (about to become my wife!) is a runner - this is sort of all her fault...
