The most important thing is that you get short stubby fins, as opposed to long flexible diving/snorkelling fins.

Although he's very good, Mr SwimSmooth and I don't always agree. Which isn't to say that I'm right ;)
SS have some kind of tie-in with Finis so always recommend their products. Finis kit is OK, but there are also some shocking items out there with the Finis stamp on them (Finis Fulcrum, for example).
