I forgot to put on my HRM so ran with the optical HR from the fenix seemed pretty stable after the first 5 mins. I didn't notice for the 1st 5mins and was confused and HR variability then realised no strap and lose watch! Once watch was tighter things were OK

last official morning shift! This means when the pools open I have an extra session open to me. Assuming the timetable works as before I will need to swim at the weekend too and ask if I can double up sessions as they only did 50mins max before!
