I runned in an actual outdoors race type thing yesterday. For half of a marathon distance and it was good. Though I was not and am suffering from a summer spent on a bicycle and not hauling my arse around on my own two feet.

Middle distance in 3 weeks will be get round mode only....

Oh my. That'll learn you.

If the car park quagmire doesn't kill you the *UNBELIEVABLY* cold water will. That or the shocking road surface.

Me and G1ngerFop did the standard event a few years back. Beautiful swim but so very, very cold.

I have been on my bike. It was for the purposes of getting me from A to B, but still. And in a bit I will go and get wet.
