Morning All.
4 laps done at the lake. Was supposed to get back and run but I saw quite a few club mates for a natter so am now late for work at the kitchen table. Don't think I'll go nay later as its scorchio

Yoga'd. It is already too hot but need to venture out to collect a wheel from the LBS.
Yesterday saw some early zwifting followed by a trip to the seaside.
Think it might be a rest day today.
