Thank you TRO :-) did 55km on Tue, and 105k outside on Mon. Rest day tomorrow (well a walk to obtain fancy cake but need a day off from the saddle).

Z2 up the Alpe.

Actually there was about 5 mins of Z3 as at one point there was a runner doing the same speed who was doing my nut in so had to shake him off.
