Monthly club 5k this morning. 50th running. Set myself very modest target of 33 minutes and came in nearly 2 minutes quicker, despite my sweat being mostly beer.

Family 60th birthday party later. More beer I'm afraid.

Our monthly club 5ks were killed stone dead by Chelmsford central parkrun. Along with the ability to use the two parks in the centre of Chelmsford as a walker or cyclist on a Saturday or Sunday morning, any semblance of goodwill towards the running community by other park users, that kind of thing.
