Good morning all.

I have done what some call running, I however do not class it as such, it is somewhat of a start though. I very much see this as the final attempt to regain any resemblance of fitness/form of what feels like some years ago

I am now up to 5 bikes (4 of which are know to Mrs LL) with the inclusion of a single speed.
