Recoil, that Dorney has come around quick was something that occurred to MadameR while we were running yesterday.

There is a slight technical issue in that, while the bike and run present no problems, there is no evidence whatsoever that she is able to swim a continuous 400 metres in open water.

Ps. That comment is in no way meant to offend or infer that MadamR cannot swim 400 but to offer support as a poor swimmer and point out the value a wetsuit brings

I'd say if she is happy doing 400m in a pool, it's not much of a stretch. Any chance you can chuck her in a lake to see how it goes in the next few weeks?
