Sorry folks, forgot to waft my wiener: Swim --- 1:54 --- 3.1mules Bike --- 4:16 --- 55.7mules Run --- 4:21 --- 24.7mules Which is totally not enough. Not if I'm going to get onto the run course before the cut-off. Tomorrow will be better. |

I swam more than Ankles? FMOB. Occasionally see 202s at North weald PoD but it's largely a Zipp-free zone - possibly because its concrete? |
