Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good afternoon.

This morning I ran then fixed the turbo then turbo'd along to a SF video.

Are you meant to follow the instructions or is it just for entertainment? ;-)

Tomorrow I plan to lightly spin said turbo then run a bit longer all before work. Which would sound impressive if work wasn't till 12:30.

One hour on the static bike, that has sorted my legs out after Sunday's long run. Think I'm up to having a slow jog tomorrow morning.

Seven-plus miles in glorious sunny (but cool) conditions. Took twenty minutes to get rid of Sunday's long run out of my legs but after that I was nipping along at a decent pace for me. High volume, 'easy' pace running is really improving me. The 'easy' pace is definitely getting faster. Just wonder how long I can continue to improve with just knocking out the volume?

The question we all (well me anyway ) FR. At some point you have to throw speed work in there, I suspect that is an inescapable reality.

Morning.

Have had a half hour with my turbot. It's windy here today. The cleaning and fixing of said rig gave me a faster pace, which I appreciate.

Will head out for 6.6 hilly tempo miles in a bit.

Morning all.

Sacked off the turbo last night. 2200hrs is too late if you're not on night shift. About to make amends now.

Windy and cold out. Need to HTFU for a lunchtime run.

HAND !!
