Atonal Miserabilist (AFKA TRO)
Splendid session today, 1:40 brutality on the Zwatter with sweetspot and some FTP, straight into a run with 3, 3 and 1.5 mile efforts. After a just swim day yesterday was on it throughout. Easy Friday, then another race in the absence of soap. 21 miles sporting, another rubbish start (2nd last, first TT I was last man). As well as worrying about all the bread pudding being gone by the time I get back to HQ, I'm going to miss the start of the rugby.... ....and the weather's going shit by the weekend.... |
