Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

In September I am doing the tooting 24 hour track race
MR H is crewing ( he will go to bed at night though as I dont want a grumpy Mr H and he needs to drive us home after)

His experience of crewing involves handing my water/ banana at set points in a marathon and the last couple of hours of a 6 hour race on sunday.

I have done a 24 hour race before and was a wreck towards the end. I stopped a couple of hours early!

So what tips can you give to Mr H for his crewing duties?

I have already written a few things down
1. Make sure I am regularly eating and drinking
2. You may need to bribe me to eat/drink and force feed me
3. If I am ratty I don't mean it, it's payback time!
