Evening! Another late drop in from me. And take care indeed, @RFJ ! What: zero Why: hamstring area a little tender today after yesterday's stretches and strengthening. And was dark when I went to work and dark when I returned, and currently don't fancy running in the dark; too much risk especially with lots of leaves about! Lyrics: of course! Great choice! |

Evening all Sorry it’s a rough week @RFJ Hope the hamstring heels quickly @alehouse Lyrics - no What - 2 and bit miles with 1/4 mile at MP. Strengthening work this evening Why - seeing how the Achilles responded to running and the heel raises I put in my racing shoes. I will get to the Maravan start line on 24/11 Last hard - not running for 4 days Last rest - last 4 days Pleased to say apart from odd twinge no real problems. Did have a few aches and groans from legs after 4 days no running. |
