Afternoon all. Sorry been AWOL again. A good weekend of running here. 26:02 yesterday at an off road parkrun. Followed by Wolverhampton 10km today in 50:53. My 3rd fastest 10 km ever I think. Only 2 twinges from the foot which I see as progress. Not the most exciting of runs but enough people to pull me along nicely and although I gave it everything, I'm confident that if I actually trained I could get under 50 min. Went through 5km in 25 min which given I've been injured for 7 months I was very very happy with! Gorgeous pic @Derby Tup |
