Unofficial racing here too supporting a club member running his first marathon. It was a multi lapper so I ran the first one with him, then son-in-law did lap 2, another club member did 3 and his daughter did the final lap 4 with him. There were tears at the finish and we even got a medal!

Weather is a bit hot and miss here today - more like April showers.

Walk needs to be done and a bike ride today - be glad when it's the end of the month and the sum is done 😂

Breakfast. It’s taken me over 30 minutes to eat a small bowl of homemade granola with a dollop of yoghurt and I still haven’t quite finished it. Maybe I wasn’t actually hungry.
