Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No SarahWoo he found it amusing.

Most nights Mabel sits on him, as quote from the fosterer “Mabel loves men” 👨🏻😹

Very contented-looking lap cats there, ndellar :-)

I’m pretty sure Arya would sit on my lap 25 hours a day if she could. Sansa, on the other hand, has only settled on my lap once - which was when Arya was kept at the vets overnight. I think she’d like to be a lap cat, but she doesn’t really get the chance.

Just bumbling along really. It’s a quiet house, we give them attention but just respect their new ness to us and let them get on with it.

We had a catnip party at lunch time, got both of them clawing the scratching posts and rolling about playing around them so hopefully they have the right idea there. Trudy likes shredding the cardboard scratchers already.

They had their vaccinations re done at the rescue as the previous owners family weren’t sure. Not looking forward to putting them back in to cat boxes for the 2nd jab next Tues 😭

Playing is good - it'll release endorphins and make them happy.

Although Ellie still hisses at Kyri if he gets too close, I got them licking kefir off my fingers this morning, both at the same time, so she's happy to get close to him if there's a food incentive.

He's such a softy, I hope she and Caspar get less nervous around him. He's loving being allowed to snooze all morning on the sofa (next to her perch up on the cat tree).
