Fired up my watch and recorded an indoor activity quickly just so I could glance at HR, but then googled later on whether I could merge the two activities so that I'd get the Zwift .fit file with the distance, power, laps, cadence etc and the Garmin .fit file with the HR data blended together. Turns out you can, using this. gotoes.org It wasn't entirely perfect - for some reason the distances seemed to change, but as the distance is entirely virtual I'm not too concerned, so at least on Fetch I have a record of the activity with HR data attached.
