Hot and sunny here in Glorious Devon Next-door neighbours may not think it's quite so glorious when they get their water bill. They are here very rarely (we've only seen them once this year) and the man who comes to water their plants has been and gone, leaving the garden tap turned on and the water just running away into the drain. OH had to climb precariously to peer over the fence to see what the running water noise was, and climbing over said fence is a no-go. We don't have any contact details for them, and unlike our back gate which has no lock, theirs is firmly locked up. I suppose the watering man will be back in a day or two... What a waste of water
