I'm going to look at late autumn/ winter sessions next though as having my arms and legs covered outdoors these past couple of weeks has been frustrating. Running in a vest/shorts or cycling in regular kit at dusk is a bit too late to be training now the clocks havd changed, it messes my sleep up.
