Working weekends which I have never done in thirty years. Then my line manager came back from sick leave and immediately made my work life better (and openly criticised the SMT). I'm sticking with it for now but keeping options open

I'm lucky that my line manager, the MD, has lots of other things to worry about, he's happy to let me get on with what I do and not bother him. I'm therefore continuing to work for now whilst I enjoy it.
