It seems that he's not as happy as he thought he would be because well you know it's like the last bit of life isn't it? I did point out that at 55 (56 in Jan) that he had loads of life left and then he said about a recent thing he read about processed foods being why strokes are on the increase, I pointed out that we eat limited processed food to which he said I have ham, and sausages. I pointed out that it was proper ham not reformed and that sausages and burgers were almost always from the butcher! Hopefully he will kick himself up the bum shortly! ION I will get some news this afternoon apparently I am expecting a no to VR and lets discuss PT.
